The ritual journey

• Undress in the apodyterium.
• Covered with a towel, proceed to the anti-tepidarium (temperature 28°) for a warm chromatic shower.
• Next, immerse yourself in the dry heat chamber (temperature 50°) to relax your muscles and cleanse your skin.
• Descend into the circular cistern of the tepidarium (temperature 30°), covering yourself with a robe and enjoying the luminous and sonorous effects of flowing water.
• Continue with a steam bath in the calidarium or hammam (temperature 45° – humidity 100%) to relieve stress and completely relax.
• Perform a new ablution and ascend to the grotto pool called frigidarium (29°) for an invigorating swim, followed by a whirlpool bath in the cistern.
• For further relaxation, you can visit the aromatherapy biosauna and unwind in the stone whirlpool tub.
