The Hotel

The Alte Muehle is an authentic mountain hotel in a former mill. It’s a cosy place, which will give you a real taste of life in the Tyrol. There is a family atmosphere and a homely feel.

The hotel is a member of a small group of family-run establishments, the Mit Tiroler Herzblut. The chain is proud of its personal service tailored to the needs of each respected guest.

THE OWNER: Beatrice and her husband Sepp run the hotel. She is from Tuscany and he is from Trentino to the south of Campo Tures. They are excellent hosts and do ‘everything’ for their guests.

THE ROOMS: There are 20 rustic roomy bedrooms and suites with wood paneled walls. All rooms are carpeted and each has a private terrace or its own balcony.

 

Food and Wellness SPA

Start the day with a hearty breakfast of local jams and cheeses, cured meats and yoghurt. At lunchtime there is a spread of tasty soups, bowls of salads and a variety of Tyrolean cheeses. At dinner you can choose from a range of Italian and local dishes among them delicious homemade pasta. Every Sunday night there is a special Gala dinner and there are often gastronomic events.

THE ICING ON THE CAKE: There is a Alpine Wellness SPA with 4 different saunas and indoor swimming pool. Try the herbal beauty remedies in our beauty farm.
