Restaurant “Del Lago”

The restaurant “Del Lago” takes its name from the nearby Colfiorito natural park. A dining room where, with its Murano chandeliers, golden metal wall sconces, all coordinated by the maître and waitstaff,
customers not only find themselves in an elegant environment but are also “pampered” by the culinary art of typical cuisine. The dishes, all homemade, including pasta, are all made with organic products and local meat from zero kilometers (truffles, porcini mushrooms, spelt, lentils, chickpeas, potatoes, lamb, veal, pork, vegetables…), where its location and altitude make the various courses delicious and ineffable, truly mouthwatering.
